Postage, Packing and Returns (simplified)
Postage
All items are despatched on the same day if ordered before pm. They will be either Royal Mail 1st class recorded for items over £15 and 2nd class recorded for items under £15. The Royal Mail estimates 3 – 5 days for 2nd class and 2 – 3 days for 1st class (although they usually arrive less than those estimates).
As it is Royal Mail and the items need to be signed for we can’t specify leaving items with a neighbour or outside under a bush etc (unless you know your post'person' really well and they know what to do!)
Bush Baby back carriers are despatched on Parcel Force 24 or 48 hours.
Your postage cost can be seen if you add the item to the shopping basket and view cart without obligation to purchase, should you wish to empty cart just select item and click on the ‘delete’ link in blue or just close the browser.
Packing
Packaging is kept to a minimum so that we can keep our prices competitive, less for you to throw away and the hippy bit, save the environment. So don’t expect any fancy ribbons or bows (bubble wrap if need be, and then you can have great fun bursting bubbles!).
Returns
Please drop us an e-mail or phone call if you are not happy with your purchase (you have 30 days for this) or there is a manufacturing fault and we will sort out the issue right away. We will refund upon receipt of the item or send out another. In the case of manufacturing fault then we will refund you the postage costs of sending back to us. Make sure you send it recorded, covering the value of the item and in all original packaging.
